CEO/FOUNDER Maureen Ekenna founded the Mums and Toddlers Foundation after struggling with motherhood herself, Maureen has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University. In 2023 received BENTASTIC Award for work in supporting women and children in her community , also received recognition from ANT & DEC ITV Saturday night takeaway
Kay began her career as a theatre designer in London and via a long road of learning in roles of Arts Manager, Producer, Charity Director, Fundraiser, she is now Head of Business Development for Welsh Refugee Council. Still learning, still loving every minute and knowing how privileged she is to work with such extraordinary people.
With experience in the banking and finance sector, Madonna brings a wealth of experience to the organisation with a passion for supporting women and children
